How to Return a Product
Items must be pre-authorized for return by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused. Name identification--other than sewn-in name tapes--must not be in the clothes. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us if the merchandise has been shipped to your home address.
Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within four business days. Include your daytime phone number in case we need to call you to clarify any information you have given us. C.O.D. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Exchanged merchandise must be unused. Name identification--other than sewn-in name labels--must not be in the clothes. Returning the merchandise you wish to exchange is your responsibility. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise

Once we have received your returned items for exchange we will process store credit/exchange and process and send the replacement items to you or to camp within four business days. Your replacement order will be charged the standard handling fee.
Express shipping your exchange will incur additional fees. Please contact customer service (412) 561-0327 for Express shipping prices.
If Robin Hood Outfitters has made a mistakeon your order, we will credit you for insured ground return receipt delivery or issue a call tag to retrieve the items. Issuance of a call tag can only be achieved by calling customer service at (412) 561-0327.
